Philip: Philip comes across Cecil hovering nervously outside of the library, and takes it upon himself to alleviate some fears. Even if he has no idea what the kid is talking about.
Steve: Steve and Cecil meet.

Felix: Felix catches Cecil in the hall, and they have a spirited getting-to-know you. Plus, invisible wildlife who leave festive incendiary devices, the existential nature of mountains, and future dreams.

Jeanne-Marie: Jeanne-Marie comes across Cecil and agrees to give him a ride into town. She may have gotten more than she bargained for.

Dana: Dana and Cecil meet, and things take a turn for the philosophical.
Fraser: Fraser goes looking for a possible karaoke number and somehow ends up dueting with Cecil.
Felix: Felix convinces Cecil to dance -- or at least perform a reasonable facsimile. They have another conversation that veers wildly from mundane to bizarre, and finally, Felix offers to help Cecil figure out what dreams are.​

Pietro: Cecil wanders into Empire Records and runs into Hurricane Pietro. Cue Cecil-descriptions of music and Pietro peeling back the layers of the adorkable new-ish boy to find The Perfect Cecil Sound.

Felix: Cecil takes Felix on a tour of Night Vale in his dream, featuring prominently Night Vale Community Radio. Felix learns a great deal about Cecil's town along the way, and they encourage each other to follow their dreams.

Illyana: Cecil and Illyana find themselves stuck in the hedge maze by very different means. Philosophy ensues.

Caius: Caius and Cecil become acquainted and speak about unusual and mundane things, depending on which point of view you are coming from.
